Gonoodle has lots of dance videos. Children have used these before at school so will be used to what to do. Free for parents. www.gonoodle.com

Cosmic Kids Yoga provides opportunities for some physical activity together with mindfulness.
Table Tennis England has produced some fun activities which you can do at home - and you don't need to have a table tennis table - you can use a frying pan or saucepan and another type of ball instead!
Kidz Fit have the Kidz Zone on their website where children can play games, create posters/leaflets/stories, colour in, and do a set plan of exercises to videos.
The Youth Sport Trust (YST) is providing some free home learning resources.
Leicestershire County Cricket Club have produced some home exercise challenges. There is also a design a T shirt competition for their mascot to wear.
The Skip2bfit program now has an app. On it they have one free song where they time two minutes and shout out the times for the children who are going for it!
North West Leicestershire School Sports Partnership is putting together a weekly set of resources for use at home (see below). Each week there are three categories: Personal Best, the Virtual Competition and a Creative Challenge. The Virtual Competition will be aimed at a different year group each week. Have a go at the challenges!!!!
