Active Lives Children and Young People Survey
Broom Leys has been chosen by Sport England to participate in an Active Lives Children and Young People survey. This data will be used to produce a national report about children and young people's engagement with sport and physical activity, both in and out of school. It is the largest survey of its kind and focuses on children age 5-15. The data collected from the pupils at Broom Leys will be invaluable in understanding not only their levels of participation but also attitudes to sport and physical activity which will ultimately help shape future policy and investment.
For children in Year 1 and 2, Sport England have asked for both children and parents to complete a survey. However, for Year 3 - 6, only the children shall be required to participate in the survey. All data shall be used confidentially (please see Personal Data Policy - Sport England) This survey is voluntary.
