Forest Way Teaching School Alliance

Broom Leys is proud to be part of the Forest Way Teaching School Alliance. The alliance consists of nearly 40 primary schools, 7 secondary schools and 7 special schools who work closely together to support each other. In partnership with local universities the Alliance is committed to working with others to improve teaching and learning in order to provide the best outcomes for pupils.

The alliance is involved in School to School support, initial teacher training through the School Direct Programme, professional development for school staff at all levels and stages in their careers, as well as research and development.
